I’m Phoebe, a UK born artist now living in the beautiful mountains of Switzerland.

My artistic journey began young, exhibiting locally from age 10, continuing through art college. A Cancer Diagnosis interrupted my college studies but fuelled me as an artist.

Art became My Escape. My Solace. The feeling of getting so lost into the beauty of painting pulled me through treatment. The feeling was spiritual and often times felt like someone else was controlling the brush, I was simply the painter. I wouldn’t plan what was going to happen, but within a few hours of immersion I would be sat in front of another world. The Covid lockdown further intensified my artistic focus.

Inspired by nature's beauty, I use unconventional, often over saturated colours and spiritual elements in my landscapes. I aim for viewers to feel the immersive connection I experience while painting, reflecting my deep bond with mother earth.

I’m at a point in my artistic journey where I love to explore new materials. For a long time I only worked with acrylic on Canvas but I’m exploring a mix of materials now and I hope you'll enjoy this new direction as much as I do.
